This is my message to any boss implementing a rigid sick leave rule like this.
If your business is struggling and your team feels off, maybe it’s time to review how you’re taking care of your people. I’ve been in the people business for over two decades. While it’s not against the law to assign panel clinics, remember, it’s compassion that keeps a team strong.
Take care of your people well, and they’ll take care of your business. Think about it.
