Ku Sim Ling, widely recognised AuntyHR, is a seasoned HR and workforce solutions expert with over 20 years of industry experience.
Formerly the Corporate Services Director of a leading multinational in Malaysia, she made a bold mid-career transition at 45, stepping into the public sphere as an HR Influencer in 2023.
Her impact was quickly acknowledged, earning her a nomination for the TikTok Awards Malaysia 2024 – Education Creator of the Year. Through her platforms, AuntyHR advocates workplace harmony, career awareness, and lifelong learning.
AuntyHR previously served as a panel member of the Malaysian Industrial Court, representing employers, further strengthening her credibility in employment and industrial relations.
She holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Electronics (Computer major) from Multimedia University and is an HRDC TTT-certified trainer.
As the founder of the self-awareness movement Dilarang Bodoh by Bimbo Society, she is committed to challenging outdated workplace norms and empowering the workforce through education, entertainment, and experience.
