This is the story I wrote on setori.me, following the “Problem & Solution” framework to guide my storytelling:
“I found out a colleague backstabbed me. I mean, why backstab? We have known each other for so long. If you are unhappy with what I did, should tell me about it, right? I rang up my colleague and I confronted her about it. Good that she did not deny it. Well, we talked it out and came to an understanding if there is something I did that did not please her, she should come to me directly about it instead of backstabbing me to my boss. After that, there was no repeating on the incident. Which I guess it’s resolved.”
