Recently, I spoke to a few people who have been in the same company for over 10 years.
That’s rare these days, you know.
So I asked them:
“What made you stay so long?”
👉 Career progression.
👉 And yes… compensated well as they grew with the company.
Loyalty doesn’t pay bills.
Money does.
Career growth without the rightful compensation = people will leave.
Good pay without career growth = people will also leave.
