#SportsDay

It’s our Annual Sports Day again!

Many researches have proven that one who exercises regularly, most likely has better mental health & reduces the risk of developing mental illness. It increases our self-esteem. reduces stress & anxiety and improves stamina.

This year we have the Monstro guys back with us organizing our Sports Day. This time, unlike last year, we are getting physical. We have to complete mini challenges in a team & record videos like yoga poses, jumping jacks & planks for whole 2 minutes!! There was even a segment on eSports,

What I realised is, the toughest part is not completing the 50 jumping jack exercise or dancing the Hakka War Cry, but is to get everybody to move in a synchronized manner. Because everybody is not together and we are doing this virtually, to get everybody to move in the same rhythm via Zoom is really not easy. But we managed to do it to the best ability that we can.

Now that is what I call good team spirit that will definitely promote mental wellness. HOO-HARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
