And AI…. AI can remain emotionless and stay objective. So the question will be, can HR be the same?
And if AI is not ready to replace us in HR, then how can we remain emotionless and stay objective?
The obvious answer is: We simply can’t.
I mean, how can we? We are human, after all. We have feelings.
