I ran a small poll with my focus group recently, asking a simple question:
“Should we text before we call?”
One of my followers shared something that I thought was a very good way to look at it. Credit to him for this perspective:
“It’s a social evolution of knocking before entering someone’s house.
Younger people see their online apps as personal spaces, not just an app.”
That makes so much sense. So I’m also learning now how to respect each other’s space better.
