I’ve been part of the career transition industry for a good 15 years.
For more than a decade, I’ve been helping people go through their career changes.
I’ve encouraged people to start over, trust their transferable skills and to embrace new beginnings.
Then in 2023, it was finally my turn.
After spending more than 20 years in corporate. I quit my full-time job.
And very quickly, I discovered that knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things.
Changing careers is not easy, that’s for sure.
But staying in a life that no longer feels right is also not easy.
So I chose my hard.

I’m particularly excited because tomorrow, I’ll be speaking with the AIA team at Menara AIA Sentral, where my office used to be – it’s a building that is very close to my heart.
I’ll be sharing my own career transition career journey – the good, the bad, and the super ugly.
Nobody has it all figured out. We just need to be brave enough to take the next step.
