Leadership Connect is a program that we curated locally to bring leaders together as part of our strategy to boost the business. This is when we work with the leaders to focus on the business’s priorities and ensure everybody is moving forth towards the right direction.
This includes business plan presentations, business reviews with operations & the backbone team, training sessions & of course, coming together for team building events to strengthen the bond among the leadership team.
At Camp 5 @ Sg Wang, present at Leadership Connect yesterday, finally, we were able to bring in business leads from all over the country to fly in for this team building session after two and a half years.
I was so nervous honestly. HR had everybody tested for Covid and man, I breathed a sigh of relief when the last participant’s test was negative.
