Last Thursday, during our Leadership Connect Team Building event, the trainers asked us to conduct a self-assessment with the popular DISC personality test. I have done this test so many times throughout my career and honestly, the results don’t budge much over the years.
So I thought, I wanted to do something different this time. I gave the assessment sheet to 2 of my junior staff who are working for me. Both less than a year. Because I am curious. Whilst I am very sure with my own personality, I wanted to know what others perceive of me.
I must say, it was quite an interesting discovery. I was quite surprised, in fact. But before I share what my actual results are, I am very curious again.
