Do remember to do one with your team/boss. It’s important for it’s a good opportunity to have an open dialogue to give each other feedbacks. Both positive and constructive ones.
It’s always good to check how things are progressing half way. Especially, in the event if there is something we need to fix, there is still time before it’s too late.
Anyways, any of you made any New Year Resolutions this year? It’s also a good time to check how that one is coming along, you know. It’s okay if we dropped the ball earlier. Pick it up and try again. Don’t give up.
