The other day I had a conversation with my husband about me going Live. I told him it’s really hard.
I’m conscious with how I look, especially my eye bags since I am sleeping lesser now. I’m conscious with all my fillers in my speech. I’m conscious with my terrible grammar and vocabulary.
Because I do get anxious with being judged by others. It’s just not that easy to “ignore”, if you know what I mean.
Then my husband said, “Just fake it till you make it!” I laughed so loud at that statement. Because I also say the same to people.
It also reminded me the journey in my career. I am not always confident like this but over the years, all these accomplishments that I have achieved did gave me my confidence. Accomplishments, yes. They do build confidence, after all.
So, that is what I am doing right now. Every day I work on my daily goals and get things done. Be it small or big. Because it’s all about progress, right?
Also, practice makes better. That includes building confidence. I shall keep on practicing creating new contents. Fake it till I make it =)
