This is Haida, Mun & Nurul. They are the rainmakers in our company.
I remember during MCO, when all of us are stuck at home, our sales team had a super hard time. Customers cancelled orders, bids were put on hold, and the shop doors were closed.
Ah yes, the customers shop doors were closed… but it doesn’t mean their engagement doors are not open, right? So, they continued to engage. They called to chat with customers to see how they were coping with the lockdown. They sent white papers like our popular Salary & Employment Outlook report (which btw the 2022/23 version is coming out soon in Oct 2022) & discussed about current market challenges.
Engage, engage, engage!
Haida, the boss, also engaged with both Mun & Nurul on a daily basis. Every morning at 9.00am, the 3 of them will get on a call and both Mun & Nurul will update their activities because Haida believes, “Activities will create outcomes.”
And their efforts paid off when the market gradually opened up. Customers remembered them. Clients put in the orders again, tenders are up for bidding again and the shop doors are open again for them to walk in to say hello.
If you would ask them, they will tell you those 2 years during the pandemic was truly tough. But then again just like how motivational speaker & author Robert H. Schuller said, “Tough times never last, but tough people do.”
And they tough ones survived and are currently thriving ❤️
