I remember some years ago, my son called me and asked, “Mummy, can you duet with me on Tik Tok?” I was like, “Duet with you on what?”
I had to learn what was Tik Tok all about to engage with the young. So I downloaded the app and started to consume the contents. And to my surprise, it was quite entertaining.
Anyways, Charles Darwin did say, “It is not the most intellectual of the species that survives; it is not the strongest that survives; but the species that survives is the one that is able to adapt to and to adjust best to the changing environment in which it finds itself.”
Yes… We adapt or we die. So, we adapt.
And today, the tables had turned. Now it’s me who is asking my son to come co-host with me on my Tik Tok Live sessions.
Hope he won’t ffk me tonight!
