Actually, this subject I love to discuss with the team during their performance appraisal.
Understanding what their aspirations are will be able to help me to curate their learning journey within the organization.
However, I’ve also learnt not everybody wants to grow. There are some who are happy where they are & want to stay that way. So we respect that too.
As for me, I hope that I can still have the stamina to keep up with all these content creations. It’s really getting harder, now that I’ve also attracted haters 😐
