Anyways, recently when I was active in social media, I realized a lot of people are actually not aware of their rights as an employee and as an employer. A lot of misunderstanding erupted between bosses & subordinates at the workplace, disrupting the harmony.
Harmony. It’s so important too.
Important if we want to progress. Important if we want fulfillment. Important if we want to survive, happily.
So let’s get educated and make the sound decision to be kind to one another and live in harmony together. Especially at the workplace.
