Dear Applicants,
When you email me your job application, this is my personal preference:
1. Attach your updated resume only will be good enough. Preferable in pdf or word format.
2. Certificates are not necessary. I trust that you will not lie in your resume. And if need be, I will request for them for verification (normally later at the offer stage).
3. A cover letter is also not necessary to be attached. But… It would be nice if you could express in the body of the email clearly what job you are applying for and why (Note: “Any job that is suitable for me” is not a clear expression).
That job application email will be your first impression to the recruiter. So we make it count.
