I often hear that Nirvana’s service is not cheap but it’s really good.
(Unfortunately) I got to experience their service yesterday when we placed my sister-in-law’s urn in the columbarium.
Their reputation does precede them. First thing there was ample parking (so important). At the door we were greeted by 2 young boys who escorted us to register.
Then the ambassador came to receive us and walked us through the processes & documentations. So polite & so helpful.
The place is really well decorated and maintained. My first impression was, wow this is like a 5-star hotel.
Aaahhh… Just like the Chinese saying, “一分钱，一分货,” you do get what you pay for.
