I win!

I just completed my bi-yearly appraisal today. My KPIs are simple. They are a combination of my team’s KPIs.

So, in order for me to score high points, my team needs to score the points first. So it’s important for me to work them all year round to ensure they can hit their KPIs too.

Because whether a team is successful or an utter failure, they do reflect me as a leader too.

When the team wins, I win! Simple as that.
