Change can be daunting. Leaving my Director role in a multinational corporation to become a HR Influencer raised eyebrows and questions. Including my mother’s.
But two days ago, I heard my mum telling her new friends proudly, “My daughter is known on TikTok as a HR Influencer.”
Man, I was silently screaming inside when I heard her say that.
When I heard those words, it meant the world to me. It reminded me that embracing change and following my passion, no matter how unconventional, can lead to such profound fulfilment. And motivated me to work a little harder.
Thank you everybody for being a part of my journey, and here’s to embracing change and following our passions, not matter where they may lead.
