It has been such a lovely time today being part of two panel discussions at the 2nd Annual HRTech Global Pulse, organised by Emnes. The topics, ‘Loyalty vs, New Age of Talents’ and ‘Preparing for Generation Z,’ were both enlightening and thought-provoking.
With or without HR Technology, all panelists wholeheartedly agreed that ultimately, the human connection matters. Regardless of the generation we belong to, the fundamentals of being a good leader remain the same. It’s about understanding, empathy, and creating an environment where every individual can excel. The discussions highlighted that technology is a tool to enhance these connections, not replace them.
Today’s conversations were a reminder that in the midst of rapid technological advancement, the core of effective leadership and HR remains deeply human. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share insights and learn from fellow professionals in the field.
