Alternative Energisers?

We’ve all been there – the post-lunch slump during training sessions, where even the most engaging material struggles against the mighty food coma! Trainers often use physical activities like simple exercises or even a lively Zumba session to re-energise the room. But let’s be real. Not everyone is up for breaking into a sweat or busting out dance moves in the middle of a workday.

So, I’ve got a question for all of you: If there were alternative ways to wake up and shake off that sleepy feeling after lunch, would you prefer them over exercises that involve sweating or large movements?
