When I first entered the workforce, I didn’t have much experience, so I couldn’t demand much. Though I didn’t earn, I learned. So, I stayed.
Then, as I became more experienced and I’ve earned to live a more comfortable life, my career plateaued. Though I didn’t learn, I earned. So, I stayed.
When we are both earning and learning, of course, that’s a no brainer to stay for all the right reasons.
The same applies when we stopped both earning and learning, that’s a no-brainer too because there is no longer a reason to stay.
Time to move on.
