Many companies, particularly those with fewer than 10 employees, don’t have HRDC funds and must selectively choose who can attend training.
This means not many employees have the opportunity to participate in large-scale conferences, which can cost a company between RM2,000 to RM2,600 per person.
However, this weekend (29th & 30th June, 2024), the NTW 2024 Summit and Learning Festival is open to the public for free at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium, with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim set to officiate the closing.
I always believe we can take charge of our own development, and it all starts with learning.
