As I glanced at my bank account today, I decided to share (but not too much, okay? 😆) the sources of my income over the past year as an HR Influencer since many of you have asked.
1. Jobstreet. They’ve been my largest source of income to date, it’s true. I’ve completed multiple projects with them, including three series shoots and various online contests.
2. Merch Sales. I sell my #DilarangBodoh by Bimbo Society merch on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop.
3. Brand Collaborations. I work with brands to promote their products and services for a fee. For some, I earn commissions ranging 10% to 30% of the revenue generated through my efforts. One notable collaboration was with CAD Training Centre to promote Excel courses.
4. Speaking and Appearances. I give lectures and make appearances at conferences and events for a fee.
5. Commercial Talent. I’ve worked as a talent in commercials, including an acting gig with Astro.
6. Comedy Show. I made my comedy debut at KL Comedy Club earlier this year, where all three shows sold out 😄
7. Training Tours. After obtaining my TTT certification, I toured with MECA to conduct my HRDC Claimable One-Day EA Crash Course, which also sold out across all four classes 😄
Next, I’m planning to explore YouTube monetization – everyone keeps telling me about it. So, as you can see, I am still experimenting a variety of income streams and always looking for the next opportunity.
