This morning, I had an altercation with a senior conveyancing clerk about a “Letter of Offer issued by Maybank Islamic” that I had misplaced, which was needed to execute my property’s perfection of loan. She snapped at me, saying, “You are supposed to keep the documents properly.”
I don’t disagree. But was it necessary? So, the weak and temperamental person I am, I snapped back – hence, the altercation. When orang membabi, saya ikut membabi bersama.
Sigh.
I decided to end the conversation because when two people are talking over each other in an argument, the conversation goes nowhere. When two people are laying blame on each other, the problem remains unsolved.
Then, I took a deep breath and called a competitor instead. The competitor advised me that, since they were the original law firm who handled my Sales and Purchase Agreement, it’s best to stick with them if I want to get this perfection done quickly.
Sigh again. Dugaaaaaaaaan!!!!
Tell me, what do you think I should do next? I’d like to hear from you.
