When I first became active on social media talking about HR, I was honestly shocked to see how much people hated HR. Like, really hated. But after listening to the rakyat’s stories, I understood why. If I had to deal with unhelpful, untrustworthy, and uncheerful HR like that, I’d hate them too!
That’s why tomorrow, I’ll be talking about “How to Make HR Popular” at the AskHRD’s HR Bootcamp.
Now, I’m not saying my HR team is perfect (perfection is overrated anyway 😜), but I can say this:
❤️ We are compliant. ❤️ We are competent. ❤️ And most importantly, we are empathetic.
Looking forward to sharing my personal experiences in transforming HR from the villain to the celebrated protagonist within the company. Let’s make HR the department people actually want to talk to!
