But today I want to thank Standard Chartered Bank hotline for it doesn’t require me to press so many numbers in order for me to talk to an actual person.

Press 3 for account related inquiries, then key in your NRIC number followed by the # key, then somebody with a cheerful voice will pickup, “Good evening, thank for calling Standard Chartered, this is Reuben speaking, how may I assist you?”

Such a sigh of relief hearing that voice. Thank you.

For IVRs can be freaking annoying.
