Over my career, I have received quite a number of resignations. Some of the resignations were really heartfelt ones.
One of them was my top sales 10 years ago. Her career with us was on the rise. But an opportunity came to her to pursue her MBA overseas.
I remember the time when she came to me to tender. Before I was able to ask anything, she was crying already. She appreciates all the opportunity the company has given her but she yearned for a change in her life.
A better life? Come on, of course she has all of our blessings.
