The other day my son told me that he learnt how to construct questions in his English class.
“For example?” I asked.
He then told me, for example, the answer is “I have a car.” So the question to write is “Who has a car?”
Then I told him he can also write “What do you have? Because the answer can be the same – I have a car.”
While he was looking at me all confused, I added, “Or you can ask, ‘Do you have a car?'”
Well, for a 10-year-old kid it might be confusing. But as I was telling him all that, I realized in our everyday lives, what we often missed is obviously the unobvious.
Different people with different backgrounds do see things in different perspectives. We cannot expect people see how we see things all the time.
