It’s important that we believe and embrace in our company’s vision. That is one main common goal everybody in the company should be looking forward to.
Like the one I am working for now, our vision is: To be the leading recruitment company that provides the world’s best workforce solutions to create greater value and growth for the society.
My bosses always remind me it’s not about being the biggest but it’s about being the best. And I do hold that in my heart dearly.
Whilst it’s true I cannot help everybody to get a job but I do try to add value to each person who comes to me. To contribute to their individual growth so we can progress in the society together.
