Well, I do have my fair share of bad ones too. And I am sure some would refer me as one as well.

But what I had learnt is that no matter how louyah a boss could be, I have to acknowledge the fact that they must have done something right to be above me.

So I do look out for that strength in them and learn from that.

And what they don’t have, I add value to complement.

Because we either learn to work with each other or we part with each other.

As simple as that.
