This is Joanne.
I first met her when she was sent to me to be interviewed for a consultant role. We were looking for someone with retail experience to manage our promoters & merchandisers & her FMCG background fitted in nicely. That was more than a decade ago.
Like all of us, I’ve seen Joanne’s career went up, down, up, down for the past decade. But whatever the times are, she had remained resilient. Though she might not be the most optimistic person, she is one of the few I know who is very solutions oriented & independent.
For the past few years, I’ve witnessed her career went up leaps & bounds. From M to AGM to GM to AVP. And today, today it is Joanne’s birthday. I wish her all the happiness that she deserves and may her career continues to soar greater heights.
