She is an extremely helpful, hardworking & dedicated employee. With the knowledge she has gained over the years as a HR Ops Specialist, she is always willing to help & share. She contributes positively, acts with utmost professionalism and never fail to extend a helping hand when it comes to operations matter which is a true testament of her teamwork spirit.

I remember during MCO, Sofie has elevated her capability to support operations with their industrial relations queries like assisting with the lay-off exercises, updating ops with the latest Covid-19 insurance policies etc. When issues get complicated, she will conduct her own research & suggests constructive solutions, which often leads to the issues being resolved in time amicably.
She is also highly compliant in the work she does, ensuring that all HR ops matters comply to regulations. Her customer-focused effort in ensuring the great customer experience with our ops team is truly commendable.
