That is the company name that I am investing in. It’s one of the items in my Not-To-Do Bucket List that I have been thinking a lot about in the past months. It’s a Not-To-Do because:
1. People told me Not-To start a business that I am not familiar with. And I am definitely not familiar with this car-rental business. At all. But I trust there is potential in it. Esp in selling the Luxury Experience.
2. People told me Not-To venture business with friends. Dev is a friend. But Sukh, he is a very close friend. But I trust Sukh will make this business successful and not turn on me when he does.
3. People told me Not-To give away so much control of the business. I just want to be a silent partner. I have no interest in how the boys are going to run the business. Because, again, I trust. I trust the business will be in good hands.
I mean, what can possibly happen? Even if the business bellies up (knock on wood x3), then I will just end up having a Mercedes, right?
Honestly, everybody I told this said I am stupid. So many red flags, they told me. Probably you are going say I am stupid too.
Well, stupid is as stupid does.
To me, I really want to start checking off that Not-To-Do Bucket List of mine. Even if it meant being stupid. Because what will be worse is when I am on my death bed, I don’t want to start regretting and mumble to myself, “I should had done it.”
Instead, I want to chuckle to myself and say, “Well baby, at least you tried.”
