I am grateful for what I have. I am.
But I also believe that being too grateful can make us complacent. Complacency makes us lazy and when we are lazy, we will put our career at the risk of derailing. It makes sense, right?
I always say, the world is our oyster. There are so many things that we should go experience. However, there is no free lunch. Everything we want requires effort.
So we put in the effort. Strive & work hard for more while we still can.
Complacent we shall not be. Instead, we continue to move forth.
