In my 18 years in recruitment, I have interviewed a lot of people. The ones I find really tenacious are the single parents who gave their all to raise their kids alone including working super hard to provide.
Then, the other group are the ones who took the effort to pursue their education. Especially those who fund their own education from their savings.
They all have full time jobs & do work long hours, you know. And yet, they can find the time to study & complete assignments.
The time we go partying after 6 and holidaying on weekends, they went back to school, man! And not forgetting about the time they spent studying for exams!
Their determination is just so admirable, don’t you think?
