Well, though I don’t fit the bill entirely, doesn’t mean I cannot be the best boss ever. How we define a good leader today is beyond the many things that could be seen by the eye. Age doesn’t really matter. Education is not as important as experience. How we look doesn’t define our capabilities. And whatever personality we are, as long as we put the people first and we are crystal clear with the company’s future and goals, we are all set to go.
However, I must say, I still feel a female leader is the better choice hehe…
Anyhoo, after that blackout last week, I had such a good time cancelling the meetings on Thursday, I’ve decided that Fridays now be No Meeting Fridays. I’ve rescheduled all my meetings with my team to Monday to Thursday instead so all of us can focus on ourselves before we log off for the week.
