My first day at Kelly Services as a full-time employee, I was… LATE!!
I don’t remember why I was late but I think it was somewhere along the (lame) line that traffic was unkind to me hehe…
Well, I was lucky. My branch manager didn’t make a big fuss about it because it was my first day. Also she was/is not too uptight with punctuality. As long as we had informed her and we make it up by putting back the hours later, she’d be cool with it. Most importantly, we need to make sure we finish our work – on time.
Because I like how she managed me like that, now that I am a manager, I had also implemented the same rules to my team.
Anyways, today I was late for work too. The traffic is quite ganas nowadays ah. Okay, okay… it was also because I took a tad too much time blowing my hair. Cause I am going Live on LinkedIn tonight, so I want to look nice, k!
