How Long Should I Stay?

A lot do ask, how long should I stay in a company?

If 1 year, then you say I am a katak job hopper.

If 10 years, then you say I am a dinosaur furniture.

I asked my ex-boss this question, then she told me this, “You should stay for at least 1 promotion or at least 2 notable achievements.”

Aaaahhh… that makes so much sense.
