This morning I was reading the news that said 46% of remote & hybrid employees in Singapore would consider leaving their job if their employers forced them to return to the office full-time.
Then coincidentally, 10 minutes after that, I received an email from a CEO. In the email, there was a link to a 12 mins 45 secs video titled “Future Predictions for 2030”.
I clicked on the link and I was so enthralled for the whole 12 mins and 45 seconds, looking at all the ‘high-tech’ graphics like Metaverse, VR Meetings etc. But the best bits for me was listening to the senior leaders of the company envisioning how work will be in 2030.
Innovation.
My personal favourite part was when the CEO said this in the video, “Even as technology and AI evolve, only a person’s heart can move another person’s heart.”
I was so moved with that. Combining technology & human engagement moving towards the future. Totally innovative that.
Think smarter. Work smarter. So we can start make things, better.
