It’s true, isn’t it? Very often we are so up-close and personal with our own selves that we seemed to miss the bigger picture. You know just like how the other famous saying by painter Bob Ross, “It’s hard to see things when you’re too close. Take a step back and look.”
So yeah, take a step back and look.
Speak to different people to get second opinions (I love doing this one esp with the younger generations).
Find an experience coach who can help to guide you towards your career light.
Or like how Aylwin will say, “Seek for a therapist to see if they can help to decode our crappy problems.”
You’d be surprised they can. Because fresh eyes do help esp when we are too close.
