Because Chadwick Boseman was a great loss indeed.
What I truly admired about him was he didn’t waste time till the day he died. He knew he was going to die. But he didn’t wallow.
He continued to act which he loved so much. He continued to rise & inspired people around the world. He continued to live till his last breath.
I do wonder what was actually going through his head during the last years of his life.
When he discovered he had cancer. When he decided to continue to shoot films while getting chemotherapy treatments. When he realised time was not going to be on his side anymore.
In an interview a year before his death, he said, “You want to choose a difficult way sometimes. Some days it should be simple, but sometimes you’ve got to take chances.”
Inspiring indeed.
Time and tide wait for no man indeed. Every waking hour is precious. So we make full of use of it. Just like how Chadwick Boseman did.
