This is Alicia. She is part of the regional marketing team.
Alicia is also a big introvert. It’s spending time with her I realised, not all marketers are extroverted or loud. What I find admirable with introvert marketers like Alicia, they tend to be more observant, reflective and empathetic.
During coffee with her, I noticed she does think creatively & analyze information (a great plus too since introverts are great listeners) and she can translate those information into effective communication. I just find those traits are so valuable in marketing. Which is why I believe some of the best marketing people I’ve worked with are introverts like her.
Anyways, what I love best working with Alicia is that even in challenging circumstances, she is always smiling. Creating that positive impact on the well being around her, including me 😊
