Another great time meeting our Regional Account Director from LinkedIn in person for the first time with our marketing team.
During the meeting, I learned that the LinkedIn algorithm is a complex set of rules that determine which content appears in users’ feeds and how often it’s shown. Content that adds value to the community is rewarded, while content that is overly salesy or promotional in nature is discouraged.
Insights, helpful tips, and unique perspectives are more likely to generate engagement and be shown to a wider audience. Additionally, posting regularly and engaging with other users’ content can boost visibility on the platform.
It’s exiting times indeed, as we collaborate with LinkedIn to take our marketing efforts to the next level!
