Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege (or should I say, rollercoaster ride) of reporting to more than 20 bosses. Some were undeniably great, while others could use a little extra polish, honestly. But you know what? Even the great bosses made questionable decisions and the not-so-great ones had their talents too. I mean, they must have done something right at some point to land in those positions, right?
It’s fascinating how each boss, with their unique blend of strengths and weaknesses, has taught me unforgettable lessons. Whether it’s witnessing a brilliant leadership in action, observing masterful problem-solving skills, or even cringing at their not-so-stellar choices, there’s always something to learn. I’ve come to appreciate that every boss brings their own flavor to the table. And so should you =D
