🤷♀️ In the midst of office gossip, we need to play dumb to keep ourselves out of the drama and above the conflict.
🤷♀️ When colleagues fish for compliments, sometimes we just play dumb so we can encourage a more genuine, self-reflective approach.
🤷♀️ When everyone’s arguing in a meeting, play dumb to avoid needless drama and quietly devise a solution.
While these playful strategies of acting ‘dumb’ in the office can save the day, there’s more to unwinding from our 9-6 high-flying professional roles. After a long week, our brains deserve a break from all the seriousness.
