I truly enjoy working with the younger generation. They’ve taught me about work-life balance. We, the Gen-Xers and Boomers, grew up in a culture of work, work, work, often leaving little room for anything else. Embracing work-life balance has been really enlightening, showing me there’s more to life than just work and proving that every day is a chance to grow, no matter our age or generation.
Anyways…. The other day, I had the privilege to collaborate with some amazing young minds at MyFutureJobs to record a podcast titled “New You, New Me, New Environment.” Their fresh perspectives and approach to work-life balance truly enlightened me. It was a delightful throwback to the fun times I’ve experienced working with the younger generation.
