But at my workplace, “Everything has its flaw, but not every boss admits it.”
I’m sure you’ve encountered that one boss who turns a blind eye to their own shortcomings while magnifying the smallest imperfections in other’s work. Just make sure you’re not caught in their illusion. After all, a truly effective leader acknowledges their flaws and works to improve, rather than pretending they don’t exist.
