So, Are There 2 Public Holidays or Not?

Just to make sure I didn’t give you ajaran sesat, I have confirmation in writing from JTK that this is only applicable to government servants. For all employees in the private sector (West Malaysia & WP Labuan), you are protected by the Employment Act 1955, which clearly states that you are entitled to 2 days, provided your company recognises both public holidays.
